Shivana Tate, PA-C has joined Conviva Care Centers as a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in caring for older adults. Ms. Tate earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2018 and ranked in the top 10% of students. She also completed a Master's Review of Literature on Diabetes Type II & Early Onset Alzheimer's Dementia as well as serving on the student government. Before that, Shivana graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Ms. Tate feels privileged to work with older adults. She believes in treating her patients with the same time, devotion, and commitment that she invests in those closest to her, a care philosophy aligned with Conviva's patient-centered values. In her free time she enjoys walking her dog Peanut, yoga, and traveling the world.
