Dr. Stephen Christopher Haney, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with additional expertise in emergency medicine. Dr. Haney earned his Doctor of Medicine degree, summa cum laude, from Ross University School of Medicine in Edison, NJ. He completed his residency and served as Chief Resident at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, followed by an Emergency Medicine Fellowship. Dr. Haney has provided patient-centered care at MD Now Medical Centers, LocumTenens.com, and Parkridge Medical System, where he led teams of physicians, improved patient satisfaction, and was recognized as Resident Teacher of the Year by the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine. He embraces a culture of caring for people regardless of age or circumstances and is passionate about safeguarding seniors' quality of life. Dr. Haney is especially interested in heart health, brain health, and the benefits of exercise. Outside of medicine, he enjoys the outdoors, reading books, and spending time with his family.
