Dr. Steven Rios, MD, is a family medicine physician committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across all stages of life. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Saba University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Batesville, Arkansas. Dr. Rios has experience in both clinical leadership and academic research, with published work in emergency medicine and a focus on improving patient care through structured hand-off protocols. He has served his community through health education events, school physicals, and sideline medical support for athletes. Dr. Rios is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and contributed to curriculum development through his role on the UAMS North Central Curriculum Committee during his residency. Outside of medicine, he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family, and traveling.
