Sweety Darryl Dmello, APRN, joined Conviva as a board certified nurse practitioner. Ms. Dmello earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, her BSN from the University of the Incarnate Word, and her ASN from Galen School of Nursing. Her accolades include the Daisy Award, the Excellence in Structural Empowerment Award, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing membership. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Ms. Dmello was a nurse practitioner with Cano Health and, previously, BSZ Medical PA. Earlier, she was a nurse practitioner at Metropolitan Methodist and Methodist Hospital South and as a nurse practitioner and an RN-II at Baptist Medical Center. She began her career as a staff nurse RN-II at Nix Health Care Services. Her affinity for older adults, passion for addressing diabetes, heart health, loneliness, and socialization, and belief in empowering patients through continual learning and comprehensive, accurate information resonate with Conviva's values. Ms. Dmello chose healthcare to help others and serve the community. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, the outdoors, and making new family memories.
