Dr. Tahir Naeem, M.D., a fellowship-trained, board-certified internal medicine specialist, completed an infectious diseases fellowship at Harlem Hospital in New York in 1997, following his internship and internal medicine residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Queens, New York. Dr. Naeem earned his medical degree from King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan 1988 after he attended the Government Zamindar Post Graduate College in Gujrat, Pakistan. Affiliated with Raulerson Hospital in Okeechobee, Florida, Dr. Naeem has practiced internal medicine since 1998. Before joining Conviva in 2022, Dr. Naeem served as a primary care physician with Gateway Medical Group, Doctors Clinic in Okeechobee, Florida, and the Health Department of the Government of Punjab, Pakistan. He also worked as a house physician at Mayo Hospital in Lahore, Pakistan. His commitment to older adults aligns with Conviva's values. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and believes in holistic well-being and compassion in primary care.
