Dr. Tara E. Levine joined Conviva as a board-certified internal medicine specialist. She prides herself on practicing compassionate, evidence-based medicine focusing on geriatrics. Dr. Levine completed her internship and internal medicine residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, NJ. She graduated With Distinction as she was honored with the Johanson Excellence in Medical Humanism Award. She earned her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami, Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Boston University in Boston, MA. She was also honored with the Nova Southeastern University Distinguished Alumni Award for graduates who have made a significant impact on the community through their leadership and service as the Nova Southeastern University Alumni of the Year in 2014. Before joining Conviva in 2022, Dr. Levine practiced at Deerfield Medical Group/Amicus MSO since 2008. Her hospital affiliations include Baptist Health Boca Regional Hospital and Broward Health North Medical Center. Dr. Levine enjoys educating her patients about wellness, reading, traveling, and quality time with her family.
