Teresa W. Kimotho MSN, APRN, FNP-C, joined CenterWell as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Kimotho earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, in 2022 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University in Towson, Maryland, in 2013. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Ms. Kimotho worked as a nurse practitioner with the Diabetes Glandular and Disease Clinic in San Antonio, Texas, from 2022. She has worked as a registered nurse since 2013, with experience in the neurology unit of University Hospital and the progressive care unit of Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital, both in San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Kimotho cherishes her older adult patients and believes in treating them with the care and dedication she'd offer her loved ones, embodying CenterWell's compassionate principles. Choosing a healthcare career was a natural fit for Ms. Kimotho, as she has always been driven to help others and serve her community. Her passions include exercise, nutrition, and diabetes management. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, reading books, and creating new happy memories with her family.
