All staff was very friendly, Dr. I was awesome. She is my new primary care provider.

I recently changed to Humana from Florida Health Care and selected Therese Ibrahim as my primary because of her reviews. I am very happy with her. She is thorough and kind. The ladies in the office are friendly and efficient. The only issue I have had with Conviva Ormond is when I had blood drawn. I waited for about 45 minutes after my appointment seemingly because she was behind because of computer problems. Blood draws are harder because of vein size, etc. She didn't take the time or use any of the procedures others have done over the years to successfully draw blood. She used some kind of red light to identify veins which I have never experienced, and it didn't work. She had another lady come in, and they proceeded to gossip with each other without focusing on drawing blood. I am used to there being difficulty in getting the draw started and am not at all squeamish or pain sensitive during the normal process. I would hesitate to use Conviva again for blood tests unless I could be assured of having a different person.
