Tyler X. Wester, DO, is a dedicated Family Medicine physician passionate about improving health outcomes for diverse and underserved populations. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Family Medicine through the Detroit Wayne County Health Authority in affiliation with Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Wester's experience spans primary care, correctional medicine, and community health, including work with homeless populations and medically underserved communities. He has also served as adjunct faculty, mentoring future physicians. His clinical interests include chronic disease management, preventive care, and addressing healthcare disparities. Outside of work, Dr. Wester enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
