Valerie Danielle Vasquez, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, ia a doctorally prepared, board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Vasquez earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner track from the University of Texas, UT Health San Antonio, in 2022. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UT Health San Antonio in 2017. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Ms. Vasquez gained valuable clinical practicum experience, in areas including women's health, endocrinology, and pediatrics. She was previously a staff nurse in the Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of University Health System in San Antonio, Texas, since 2017. Her passion for caregiving, diabetes, and heart health integrates perfectly with her deep respect for older adults. Outside of her work, she enjoys the outdoors and spending quality time with her family.
