William Glen Johnson, RN, BSN, MSN, FNP-BC, joined Conviva as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Mr. Johnson earned his Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, and his BSN from Chamberlain University with President's Honors. He obtained his RN from Covenant School of Nursing in Lubbock, Texas, following his LVN from South Plains College in Levelland, TX. He completed his clinical hours at Alamo Osteopathic Physicians & Surgeons Family Practice. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Mr. Johnson was a family nurse practitioner with Generations Visiting Practitioners and the Heart and Vascular Clinic. Earlier, he was an RN at Northeast Baptist Hospital, Baptist Medical Center, and in the cardiovascular ICU at Texas Heart Hospital and Methodist Hospital in Lubbock, TX. Passionate about addressing diabetes, heart health, nutrition, and obesity, he cherishes meaningful conversations with older adult patients and believes in empowerment through continuous learning, reflecting Conviva's values. Mr. Johnson chose healthcare for the immense privilege of improving people's lives. Outside of his work, he enjoys quality time with his family, reading books, and traveling.
