Dr. Yana A. Saknovsky, DO, is a family medicine physician with extensive experience providing comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her internship and family practice residency at Frankford Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Saknovsky has practiced outpatient family medicine for many years, caring for diverse and often medically complex populations across traditional practices and underserved communities. Her clinical work includes chronic disease management, preventive care, women's health services, mental health support, telemedicine, and coordination of care. She is especially passionate about diabetes management, heart health, and supporting caregivers, and finds working with seniors deeply rewarding as an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their health and quality of life. In addition to her clinical practice, she serves as a clinical instructor, supporting medical education and the development of future physicians. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and being with her family.
