The service at Convenience Center is very good. The only thing that I don't like and the second time this happened is the wait time. My appointment, the first time was at 8 o'clock. I didn't get out of there until 11. The second time, my appointment was at 9:40 and I didn't get out until almost 12. The computers were down and they were having problems and the doctor was busy. I don't need that. If my appointment is at 9:40, I expect to be seen within a reasonable amount of time.
