Crystal D. Chatman-Brown, MS, RN, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. At Conviva Legacy Place, she provides compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a dedication to medical excellence. Ms. Chatman-Brown is a Colonel (retired) with a 27-year career in the United States Army. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. As an undergraduate, she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama. Ms. Chatman-Brown is a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a public service sorority. She is married to Duane and has three children, Aja, Jackson, and Porter.
