Sabrina Lewis, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, in 2015. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Ms. Lewis provided care for patients as a nurse practitioner in the family practice of Dr. Richard Hays. She previously served as a charge nurse in Neuro/Tele at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Florida, and a staff registered nurse managing stroke and cardiac patients in Neuro/Tele at Wellington Regional Medical Center. Ms. Lewis is active on the Nurse Practitioner Council of Palm Beach County, and she is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Ms. Lewis took part in study abroad with a Nurse Practitioner cultural experience in Guatemala, in the Florida Atlantic University Novice Nurse Leadership Program, and as a crisis intervention and suicide hotline volunteer at Alachua County Crisis Center in Gainesville, FL. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, friends, and pet.
