Carolyn Rawdon, APRN-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She holds certifications in adult critical care, neonatal critical care, and wound care and brings over 25 years of vast experience in critical care settings. At Conviva East St. Lucie, she provides compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a commitment to medical excellence. Ms. Rawdon earned a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, graduating with Honors in June 2008. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York, in June 1985. Ms. Rawdon’s clinical appointments as an advanced registered nurse practitioner include Dr. Eduardo Borges’s practice in Port St. Lucie, Florida; Healogics, providing advanced wound care; Primary Care Associates; and Martin Memorial Health Systems. Her staff positions as a registered nurse include the Adult Intensive Care Unit of St. Lucie Medical Center in Port St. Lucie, Florida, the Adult Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit of John T Mather Memorial Hospital in Port Jefferson, New York, Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center, now Long Island Community Hospital, in Patchogue, New York, and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of New York Cornell Medical Center in New York, New York. She is a member of the Treasure Coast Nurse Practitioners Association, the American Nurses Credentialing Center, ANCC, and the Florida Nurses Association. She is a past member of the New York Nurses Association, the American Nurses Association, and the Nurses Service Organization, NSO.
