Catherine Bennett, MSN, APRN, CCRN, AGACNP-BC, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She holds certifications in advanced cardiovascular life support, ACLS; basic life support, BLS; as a Team STEPPS & Lateral Violence Master Trainer; and Stroke Team First Responder. At Conviva Care Center Daytona, she provides compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a commitment to medical excellence. Ms. Bennett earned a Post-Master's Certificate in Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Practitioner Adult-Gerontological Acute Care from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia. She obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina, and an Associate Degree in Nursing Health Science, Nursing, from the Technical College of the Lowcountry in Beaufort, South Carolina. Her academic appointments have included the Technical College of the Lowcountry in Beaufort as Program Faculty, Nursing Alpha Delta Nu Faculty Advisor, and Nursing Advisory Board. Ms. Bennett served as a Nurse Practitioner with Family Practice on the Go in Daytona, Florida, before joining Conviva in 2022. She maintained a private practice, Bennett Medical Clinic, LLC, in Ridgeland, South Carolina, from 2017 to 2020 and worked as a Nurse Practitioner with Global Family Medicine in Bluffton, South Carolina, from 2020 to 2021. Her experience in hospital settings includes the Level 1 Trauma Center - Emergency Department of Greenville Healthcare System. Ms. Bennett is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society- Gamma Omicron Chapter at Large. She enjoys reading and spending quality time with her family.
