Corletta Aririguzo, AGPCNP-BC, AGNP-C, joined Conviva as a doctorally prepared, board-certified adult gerontology nurse practitioner. Ms. Aririguzo earned her AGPCNP degree from West Coast University, her Ph.D. in Nursing from Texas Women's University, an MPH from Texas A&M, and a postgraduate certificate in Healthcare Administration from the University of Corpus Christi. She received her BSN from St. Joseph's College and her AAS from Helene Fuld School of Nursing. Her distinctions include the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the Jonas Nurse Leader Scholarship, the Dennis and Mary E. Muesse College of Nursing Award, and the Marguerite Haggerty Memorial Award for Excellence. She has presented in professional symposia, and her qualitative study of African-American women in menopausal transition was published in the Journal of Women and Aging. Ms. Aririguzo was a Clinical Adjunct Professor at Texas A&M University before joining Conviva in 2022. She cared for patients at the Jude Aririguzo Internal Medicine Clinic as the RN Manager. Her clinical experience includes Christus Spohn Memorial Hospital, Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center, and North General Hospital.
