David Gibaja, M.D., specializes in family medicine and is certified in family practice by the Puerto Rico Board of Medical Examiners. At Conviva West Oakland, he leads a team of compassionate, patient-focused primary care professionals with a dedication to medical excellence. Dr. Gibaja completed a Family Practice Residency Program at Bella Vista Hospital in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, in June 2006. He earned his medical degree from the San Fernando College of Medicine of San Marcos University in Lima, Peru. As an undergraduate, he entered a 10-year medical degree program that conferred a Bachelor of Medicine degree, culminating with a Medical Surgeon degree. Dr. Gibaja has served as a staff physician in clinics in South Dakota, Nevada, and Florida.
