Elizabeth Rauch, MSN, APRN-C, is a board-certified, adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. She obtained certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, AANP, and the American Nurses Credentialing Center, ANCC, and holds basic life support, BLS, and DEA certifications as well. At Conviva Care Center East St. Lucie, she provides compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a commitment to medical excellence. Ms. Rauch earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Adult-Gerontology, from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, from September 2015 to May 2018. As an undergraduate, she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, in May 2003. Before joining Conviva in 2022, Ms. Rauch served as an advanced practice registered nurse at Central Florida Health Care in Avon Park, Florida, functioning autonomously to conduct patient histories and physicals for acute and chronically ill patients across the adult continuum, pre-op evaluations, and hospital follow-up care. She served as a registered nurse in acute care hospital settings with Martin Health Systems in Stuart, Florida, from 2003 to 2018, directly responsible for overseeing the Telemetry and Progressive Care Units. Ms. Rauch has been distinguished with induction into the Sigma Theta Tau, International Nursing Honor Society in 2017, and the Daisy Award for providing extraordinary, compassionate care in 2018. She enjoys gardening, sewing, and boating.
