Fay Crawshaw, PA-C, received board-certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in 2017. She holds certifications in advanced cardiovascular life support, ACLS, and basic life support, BLS. At Conviva Care Center Central Corpus, she provides compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a commitment to medical excellence. Ms. Crawshaw earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Jefferson College of Health Sciences (now Radford College) in Roanoke, Virginia, from August 2015 to December 2017. As an undergraduate, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, in 2013. Ms. Crawshaw relocated from Roanoke, Virginia, to Portland, Texas, in 2020 and practiced as a physician assistant with Signify Health in Portland, Texas, from 2020 to 2021. She served as a physician assistant with Physical Medicine Associates, LTD, specializing in outpatient pain management in Roanoke, Virginia, from 2019 to 2020, and Carilion Clinic, specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation, in Roanoke, Virginia, from 2018 to 2019. Ms. Crawshaw enjoys woodworking, photography, and spending time with her husband together with their dog, Bailey.
