Krystal M. DiSantis, APRN, MSN, FNP, is board-certified in Family Practice through the American Association of
Nurse Practitioners, AANP. At Conviva Daytona, she provides compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a
commitment to medical excellence.
Ms. DiSantis earned a Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner in Nursing from South University in Savannah,
Georgia. As an undergraduate, she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of
Nursing in Miramar, Florida, and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Rio Grande University in Rio Grande, Ohio.
Married and a mother of two, Ms. DiSantis enjoys the beach and golfing.
