Dr. Lee Edward Brown is a geriatrics specialist. Dr. Brown completed his family medicine residency with additional training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Texas Health Center in Tyler, TX, in 1994, following a year at Anderson Medical Center in Anderson, SC, and an internship at the Medical Center of Columbus in Columbus, Georgia. He earned his medical degree from the University of Santiago School of Medicine in the Dominican Republic in 1987. He pursued electives at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in Queens and Booth Memorial Hospital in Flushing, Queens, NY. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Dr. Brown was the medical director and clinical physician of a Medicare Advantage plan clinic practice. He previously contracted with various healthcare centers and maintained a private practice, Muskogee Medical Care, in Muskogee, OK. He was the medical director of McAlester Indian Health Center in McAlester, OK, in 1995. Dr. Brown chose medicine to help others and serve his community, as reflected in his lifelong involvement with the Boy Scouts of America. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, making new memories with his family, and traveling.
