Samantha Hughes, ARNP, joined Conviva as a board-certified advanced registered nurse practitioner. Ms. Hughes earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri, in 2016 after serving a wide range of nurse practitioner clinical rotations, including women's health, cardiology, family health, dermatology, and pediatrics. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2013. She also pursued studies at the Emergency Services Leadership Institute of the Florida Fire Chiefs Association in Daytona, Florida. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Ms. Hughes was the Assistant Chief of Emergency Medical Services of the Deltona Fire Department from 2002 to 2011. She is passionate about working with older adult patients, fostering a belief in compassionate care and community engagement. This aligns seamlessly with Conviva's commitment to exceptional patient care and service. Ms. Hughes chose a career in healthcare driven by a profound dedication to improving the well-being of others. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys contributing to community service initiatives and values spending time with her family.
