Dr. Sandhya Pattem is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Pattem has been a physician since 2006, concentrating on primary, geriatric, and urgent care settings. At Conviva Care Center Wellington West, she leads a team of compassionate, patient-focused primary care professionals with a commitment to medical excellence.

Dr. Pattem completed an internship and family medicine residency at Genesys Regional Medical Center-Michigan State University (MSU) in Grand Blanc, Michigan, and obtained the Resident Teacher Award. She earned her medical degree from Gandhi Medical College-University Hospital in Secunderabad, India. She acquired a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Pattem’s research gained recognition and was presented awards during her residency years at the Annual MSU research forums in 2005 and 2006. Dr. Pattem’s academic appointments include serving on the faculty as an attending physician at Bronx Lebanon Hospital System.

Before joining Conviva Care Centers in 2022, Dr. Pattem worked as a Primary care physician with Jupiter Medical Specialists in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She previously served as a Hospice Medical Director and cared for residents at Nursing Facilities in South Carolina prior to moving to Florida. Dr. Pattem is affiliated with Jupiter Medical Center in Jupiter, Florida. She enjoys books and spending time with her family.
