Ms. Shandra N Jones, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in adult and geriatric care across palliative, long-term, and primary care settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from Keiser University in West Palm Beach, Florida, and previously completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at South University. Ms. Jones has provided care in diverse environments, including emergency departments, home health, hospice, and Alzheimer's care, where she focused on improving quality of life and supporting families through complex health journeys. Her roles have included mentoring caregivers, leading goals-of-care conversations, and managing chronic and acute conditions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and volunteering in community initiatives such as school supply drives and food assistance programs.
