Tina Alessandra Fabiano, D.O., is board-certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine and hospice and palliative medicine. Dr. Fabiano performed a hospice and palliative medicine fellowship at Amita Health Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. She completed an internal medicine residency at Broward Health Medical Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and an internship at the University of Chicago, NorthShore University Health System in Evanston, Illinois. She earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry on the Dean's List at Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. She has presented research in grand rounds at Broward Health and at Advancements in Cancer Management for Primary Care. She practiced palliative care as an Internal Medicine Residency Palliative Medicine Rotation site director with VITAS Healthcare in Deerfield Beach, Florida. She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering and travelling.
