Kristen Lynn Tolley, MSN, FNP-BC, has joined Conviva Care Centers as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Tolley earned a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida (USF) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, summa cum laude, from South University. She was a four-time Academic All-American, a Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing inductee, and a South University Excellence in Critical Care Nursing Award recipient. She attended USF on a softball scholarship, winning the Big East Conference championship in 2008, and was named into the Space Coast Sports Hall of Fame in 2017. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Ms. Tolley was a nurse practitioner with Reliance Medical Centers in Lakeland, Florida, and previously a staff RN at Winter Park Memorial Hospital in Winter Park, FL, and Florida Hospital Orlando. Passionate about working with seniors, Ms. Tolley loves hearing their stories and learning what is important to them to help them live their best lives. She believes listening to her patients is critical to improving their health and quality of life, a care philosophy she shares with Conviva. Ms. Tolley chose healthcare for the opportunity to make a difference. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and camping. She's a sports enthusiast and a Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Rays, Lightning, and USF Bulls fan.
