Kristen Lynn Tolley, FNP-BC, MSN, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, earned her Master of Science in Nursing and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida (USF). She achieved a Bachelor of Science in Nursing summa cum laude from South University. A four-time Academic All-American and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing inductee, Ms. Tolley received the South University Excellence in Critical Care Nursing Award. She attended USF on a softball scholarship, winning the Big East Conference championship in 2008, and was named into the Space Coast Sports Hall of Fame in 2017. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Ms. Tolley was a nurse practitioner at Reliance Medical Centers in Lakeland, FL. She served as a staff RN at Winter Park Memorial Hospital in Winter Park, FL, and Florida Hospital Orlando. Passionate about working with seniors, Ms. Tolley values hearing their stories and understanding their priorities to help them live their best lives. Ms. Tolley chose healthcare to make a difference. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and camping. She's a fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Rays, Lightning, and USF Bulls.
